How to remove the spare wheel from the Dodge Ram 2500 Mk3

Model: RAM 2500 D1, DM, DR, DC, MK 3, DH - Years 2002-2009
Part: Wheel

The guide shows how to remove the spare wheel of the Dodge Ram 2500 Mk3. To perform this operation, it is necessary to check if the tool kit, present in the vehicle, includes extensions to reach the winch pin of the spare wheel located on the bottom of the frame. Insert two extensions, to avoid damaging the bodywork, into the hole located on the upper right side of the rear plate. Turn the lever counterclockwise to lower the wheel and, when on the ground, remove the fixing block located in the center of the rim. Tighten the winch in position and remount the tools used in the housing under the right front seat.

How to Remove the Front Shock Absorber on a Peugeot 406

How to remove the front shock absorber on a Peugeot 406? The first step is to lift the bonnet and secure it with the prop rod. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the shock absorber mounting bolts (engine bay), lift the car on a column lift and remove the front wheel. Unscrew the shock absorber mounting bolts at the wheel hub (detach the brake line clips with a screwdriver). Unscrew the bolts on the side, then remove the shock absorber from its housing (place a support under the bar). Compare the old part with the new one and prepare for installation. Fit the new shock absorber to the car, working in reverse order.
