The guide shows how to replace the cigarette lighter of the Dodge RAM 2500 Mk3. The replacement procedure is very simple and can be easily done using the extraction tool provided with the replacement kit. The first step is to insert the head of the extractor into the cylinder of the cigarette lighter. In fact, inside the piece, there are two small holes that allow the release of the plastic clips for attachment; this operation may require some effort. Once the extractor is inserted, pull with some force while holding the dashboard finishing mask to avoid damaging it. After extracting the cylinder, remove the electrical connector and replace it with the new piece. Slide the cigarette lighter all the way in to engage the two attachment clips. Check for proper functioning.
