How to use the comfort timer on Renault Kangoo ZE

Model: Renault Kangoo FFK, KFK, MK 3 - Years 2020-2026
Part: Instrument cluster

In this video we see how to use the comfort timer on a Renault Kangoo ZE, in order to bring the cabin temperature to the desired degrees, using the power supply and not the battery. This way we will find the cabin warm in the morning when we get into the car. To set it up, we use the two buttons located at the end of the lever on the right side of the steering wheel: we scroll through the onboard computer until we reach the "comfort prog" option, then we hold down the lower button until the time starts flashing, then we set it to the chosen time. If it is summer and we want the van to be nice and cool at that time, we must turn the knob to the blue point, while in winter it must be on the red point. If it is not exactly on the point, the "comfort" function will be disabled.

Installation of Upgraded Intercooler Radiator with Pipes

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system. Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through. Cut the marked portion of metal and apply a gasket to the edge. Remove the inner cover of the bumper and position it near the radiator to identify any interfering parts to eliminate: again, apply a gasket to the edge of the cut. Create brackets for securing the new radiator and proceed with the installation of the connecting pipes from the radiator to the intake, shaping and connecting them appropriately. Finally, reassemble the bumper, headlights, and grille.
