How to reset the Service light on a Renault Megane?

The Service light displayed on the instrument cluster of the Renault Megane can be reset by inserting the ignition key into the ignition barrel to turn on the instrument cluster. Use the down button on the stalk to the right of the steering wheel to navigate through the menu until you find the remaining kilometres until maintenance.

By holding down the up arrow button on the same stalk, you can turn off the light. You can confirm that the reset has been successful by navigating through the menu and checking that the maintenance interval has returned to the preset value.
