How to replace the engine mount of the Renault Laguna III

In this video, we can see how to replace the engine mount (in this case, the right one) of the Renault Laguna III. First, we need to get the replacement part, which we can find on auto-doc. It has the code 4027816337232 and costs 53.33 euros + 9.90 euros for shipping. It is a simple procedure, as there is no need to support the engine, just be on a flat surface. We remove the cover from the engine block, then using an 18 mm socket wrench, we unscrew the bolt of the upper tie rod, and then the bolt of the connecting bar on the side. Now we can remove the old mount, which shows us the cracked and fragile rubber. We replace it with the new piece, making sure it is in the correct position, then tighten the fixing bolts with a torque wrench to 115 Nm. Before putting the cover back on the engine block, we start the engine to make sure everything is in place.
