How to Replace the Battery in the Remote Key of a Renault Megane

Follow these steps to replace the dead battery in the remote key of a Renault Megane: take a screwdriver and pry open the top part of the key fob; detach the cover from the top (where the manufacturer's logo is located). Remove the exhausted battery with the screwdriver and install a new one (same size and voltage). Once the replacement is done, reattach the battery cover on top of the remote fob (press until it clicks into place). Test the correct functioning of the remote with the buttons on it.
