Today we will explain how to replace the diesel filter of the Renault Trafic model 3. The filter box is located behind the engine, so in order to replace it, it is necessary to lift the vehicle on stands. Disconnect the electrical connection of the filter and using a socket wrench with a 10 mm insert, unscrew the screw that secures the filter ring. Open the clamp and remove the water pressure sensor connector from the guide. Disconnect the pipes by pushing from one side to the other on the white parts and remove the filter from the clamp. Insert the new filter inside the box, screw the water presence sensor onto the filter. Connect the filter to the sensor and connect the pipes, tighten the screw on the clamp and activate the electrical connection. Lower the vehicle to the ground after completing the replacement procedure.
