How does the tire pressure monitoring system work on the Renault Talisman?

The Renault Talisman uses a very precise direct monitoring system that works through pressure sensors positioned inside each wheel (mounted on the valves) and measure in real time the pressure of each tire and the temperature of the air, powered by a long-lasting battery. The receiving antennas are in the wheel well and receive signals from the sensors. The ECU unit processes the received data and warnings are displayed on the screen. When underinflation is detected as in the video, we compare it with the sticker with the correct pressures indicated by Renault, which is located on the driver's door pillar, and inflate the tires accordingly. Then, through the multifunction display, simply press the "re-initialization" button to reset the system.
