How to disassemble the ignition switch of the Renault Clio.

Today we will explain how to remove the non-functioning ignition switch of the 2006 Renault Clio. We will start by removing the upper cover of the steering wheel, using a plastic trim removal tool or a flathead screwdriver, being careful not to damage the internal bodywork during the process. After disconnecting the ignition switch connector, we will disassemble the switch using a star screwdriver. We will unscrew the nut counterclockwise and the lower screw. Next, we will extract the switch and remove the vehicle's ignition key. To install the new switch, we will follow the reverse procedure.

How to Repair the Key Spring of the Peugeot 207?

Over time, frequent use of the key's flip mechanism in the vehicle, dozens of times a day, inevitably leads to wear of the internal spring.
