Problems with the EDC transmission of the Renault.

The EDC (Efficient Dual Clutch) transmission from Renault, like many complex systems, can have recurring issues. The problem described in the video relates to the fact that when the transmission is in "D" at a speed slightly above 20 km/h, it feels as though the transmission is in neutral. Only when the car's speed decreases or when the lever is used to switch back to manual mode does the transmission start functioning correctly again. This type of transmission has two clutches, one for even gears (2-4-6) and one for odd gears (1-3-5), and the problem could be due to the clutch managing the current gear not engaging properly, making it temporarily feel like it's in neutral. Alternatively, a malfunctioning sensor could cause the transmission to lose signal, resulting in a temporary disengagement. Another issue could arise from outdated or corrupted software, or from premature wear of the clutches.
