How to Change the Timing Belt on a Renault Laguna

In this video, see how to remove and change the timing belt and water pump on a Renault Laguna. Lift the car on a column lift and remove the undertray located underneath the vehicle. Then, disconnect the hose connected to the radiator using pliers. Remove the right wheel arch liner with a screwdriver; use a spanner to loosen the tensioner pulley and slide the belt off its seat. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the tensioner pulley securing bolt, and remove the water pump as shown in the video. Install the new water pump, the tensioner, and the belt, tightening everything with the socket wrench. Reattach the securing bolts of the wheel arch liner and reinstall the wheel on the vehicle.
