Replacing a fuel pump on a Renault Megane? Let's see the disassembly of the piece. We disconnect the battery cables for safety, then, we remove the seats from the rear seats of the car. We find the pump access cover cap. With a socket wrench, unscrew the tightening screws of the metal cap (if any), remove it from its seat, cover the perimeter with absorbent paper to stop liquid leaks. Disconnect the power supply terminals and the liquid circulation tubes. We extract the fuel pump from its seat with attached pieces. We connect the new pump to all the electrical terminals and insert it in its housing. We cover with the lid.
