We change the oil and filter on a Renault Clio, we see the disassembly of the parts from under the vehicle. We open the car door and pull up the engine compartment opening lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift up the front hood. We lift the car on a jack and unscrew the oil pan pin; let the liquid flow into a container. With a strap wrench we unscrew the large oil filter: extract the worn oil filter and place a new one. We top up the new liquid in the engine with a funnel and close the front hood. We turn on the Clio to see how it works.

Fiat Ducato 2.8 JTD gearbox oil replacement

Let's see in this guide the main steps to be able to change the transmission oil of the second series Fiat Ducato, with 2.8 JTD engine. First of all we lift the car and go to locate the gear oil vent bolt, which we find near the transmission; we use a hex wrench to unscrew it, letting it drain the old oil in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we open the bonnet and remove the air intake sleeve, so as to be able to access the gearbox oil filling hole; then we fill up to the maximum level!
