If the key for your Renault Megane Mk2 (2002-2010) has suddenly stopped working, don't worry as we will explain step by step how to replace the button battery inside it. First, take your key and pull out the physical emergency key by pressing the small button on the side of the cover.

Once done, remove the back cover and locate the exhausted battery.

Finally, replace it with a new one and you have completed the task.
