If the cabin fan speed does not change despite adjusting the speed, it means that the resistor controlling the fan speed is damaged: to carry out this repair, which is inexpensive, you will need to remove the dashboard to access the air duct and then the cabin fan housing; once the dashboard is removed, extract the complete fan motor to thoroughly clean both the fan and its housing; then replace the resistor and proceed in reverse for reassembly.
