If you are familiar with cars and want to save on maintenance, you can replace the diesel filter yourself. The diesel filter is a crucial component as it purifies the diesel entering the engine from any impurities.

It is advisable to replace it every 18,000-25,000 miles. Once you have purchased the new filter, locate the fuel pump and disconnect the associated fuse.

Connected to the fuel tank, you will find the filter you want to replace. Using spanners, proceed to remove it.
