The French, always pioneers in introducing technological innovations, especially in electronics, were among the first to introduce the key card system: the classic remote key has been replaced by a card that must be inserted into a specific slot on the centre console, just below the radio. Once recognised, it disengages the steering lock (also electric) and allows the engine to start by pressing the appropriate button. It may happen that the card is not recognised, preventing the vehicle from starting: you can resolve this by inserting something as a spacer on the card, such as the knife shown in the video.
