To carry out this simple task, you will only need a small amount of patience. First, press the small button at the top of the key on the narrower side to extract the metal key from the upper part of the fob. Now, remove the circular cover that conceals the battery slot.

You can use the key itself to help with this. Once the cover is removed, take out the exhausted battery and replace it with a new one, retracing the steps for reassembly.

How to reset the tyre pressure warning light on the Kia Niro EV?

To reset the tyre pressure warning light on the Kia Niro EV, inflate the tyres until they reach the correct pressure value. This value is indicated on the sticker attached to the driver's door pillar. Once the tyres are inflated, turn on the instrument cluster to check that the warning light has completely disappeared from the display. If it is still present, you may need to drive for a few miles to ensure it disappears completely from the screen.
