In this video we see a problem that had occurred on this youtuber's Renault Megane II, who shows us how he solved it. The roof would not open, and the EODB socket reported that the problem was in the solenoid - which we see is located in the trunk of the car. We should release a piece (shown in the video) but there is a safety that has locked, so the roof is not released. It is therefore necessary to change the solenoid valve that controls the opening of the roof: we were not able to identify the model of the valve; it is too unclear in the video. Therefore, it will be necessary to physically go to a spare parts dealer with the used piece in hand to find the new one. The cost should not be excessive.
