How to enter test mode on the onboard computer of the Renault Megane II? First, press and hold the start button, and the vehicle will automatically enter "test" mode, as indicated by the display. The vehicle will automatically calibrate itself, checking the software version, then it will check how much fuel is in the tank; if you start the engine, it will show how many litres are consumed per hour (this is called hourly consumption).

It will then indicate whether the test was successful or if any errors were detected, in which case the error codes will be communicated. To end the test, simply press the button located on the left side of the dial, below the speedometer.
