In this video, you can see where the power steering fluid reservoir is located on a Seat Ibiza, useful in case you need to top it up. As shown, the reservoir is positioned within the engine bay, specifically beneath the battery. To access it, simply remove the battery itself, the associated plastic support, and the air filter box. Once done, you can unscrew the large green cap, top up the fluid, and reassemble everything.

Ensure you wear protective gloves as this fluid is corrosive.
