Removing the Steering Wheel on Seat Ibiza

Do you want to replace the steering wheel of your car? Here’s how to remove the steering wheel from a Seat Ibiza. Disconnect the battery terminals located in the engine bay. To proceed with the removal, take out the inspection caps at the back of the steering wheel (if present), then use a screwdriver to release the clips that secure the airbag to the steering wheel. Once the airbag is detached (driver's side), disconnect the power connectors and remove it from the steering wheel. Unscrew the fastening screws from above the steering wheel until they are completely removed. Take the steering wheel off the mounting base.
