How to Replace the Engine Oil Filter and Engine Oil on SEAT IBIZA 3 6L

In this video tutorial, you can see how to replace the engine oil filter and engine oil on a SEAT IBIZA 3 6L 1.4 Hatchback. The first step is to purchase a new oil filter and fresh oil from an authorised dealer. Lift the bonnet and secure it with the appropriate prop, unscrew the oil filler cap, raise the car using a jack, and place safety stands under the vehicle (the vehicle must be positioned horizontally; if it is inclined, the drain plug must be at the lowest point). Position a container to collect the used oil under the oil drain hole. Use a 19mm socket wrench to unscrew the drain plug and wait for all the oil to drain into the container. Using a 30mm socket wrench, unscrew the oil filter and place the old filter in a container; immediately position the container under the filter drain hole to collect any escaping oil. Lubricate the seal with clean oil and screw on the new oil filter, tightening it with a torque wrench to 26 Nm. Screw the new oil plug in place and tighten it with a torque wrench to 27 Nm. Remove the container from under the vehicle and lower the vehicle to the ground. Using a funnel, top up with the new oil: the required oil quantity is 3.2 litres, check the level with the dipstick, and top up if necessary.
