How to Remove the Front Door Panel (Driver's Side) on Skoda Octavia

Model: Skoda Octavia MK 2, 1Z - Years 2004-2012
Part: Door trim panel

Disconnect the battery terminals located in the engine bay for safety. Use a lever to remove the plastic cover of the handle (unscrew the screws underneath). Unscrew the remaining screws on the door panel and detach the retaining clips. Finally, pull the panel away with your hands and release it from the door (disconnect the power connectors and the door opening cable). Perform the desired maintenance inside the door.
