Below we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the timing chain of the Skoda Octavia 1.2 TSI. First, let's open the car's hood and start removing the screws from the timing cover; then, we raise the vehicle and remove the crankshaft pulley after taking off the right front wheel, as shown in the video. At this point, we unscrew the bolts of the chain tensioners to loosen and remove them; we then remove the pulleys and the timing chain, replacing it with the new original one. Finally, we reassemble all the timing components.
