Replacing the Engine Mount on a Skoda Fabia

Model: Skoda Fabia 6Y, Mark1 - Years 1999-2007

Does the engine mount need replacing? Remove the engine mount on the Skoda Fabia. Lift the car with a column lift and secure it. Unscrew the bolts of the engine protection panel, then use a socket wrench to unscrew the metal bar located under the engine bar. Next, remove the previously unscrewed pins, and unscrew the remaining fastening pins around the engine mount plate with your socket wrench. Extract the part from the engine bay and replace it with the new one; insert the part under the metal bar and tighten the pins around the engine mount. Refit the engine cover panel and lower the car.
