The following instructions will show you how to replace the timing belt on the Skoda Fabia 1.0 TSI. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and begin removing the engine mount and the coolant reservoir, also disassembling the air filter box; then raise the vehicle and remove the front left wheel, taking out the wheel arch liner and subsequently disconnecting the V-belt. At this point, remove the timing cover and proceed with replacing the belt, installing the new original one.
