How to replace the remote battery for the Skoda Octavia

To replace the battery in the remote for the Skoda Octavia, start by pushing out the key blade using the designated button. Insert a plastic tool between the two halves to pry them apart. Once separated, take the half with the buttons and insert the plastic tool between the top and bottom halves to separate them as well. In the half without the circuit board, you will find the battery, which you can remove by prying it out from underneath. After removing the old battery, take the new battery and insert it in the same orientation as the old one, then join the half with the battery to the one with the circuit board and connect the half with the buttons to the one with the key. Finally, once the remote is fully assembled, check the battery's correct operation.
