How to Remove the Battery from a Skoda Fabia?

To remove the battery from a Skoda Fabia, first ensure that the car is turned off and the handbrake is engaged. Open the front bonnet and locate the battery, situated on the right side of the engine bay. Before proceeding, make sure you have the necessary tools, such as a spanner or an Allen key, to remove the battery's securing terminals.

Disconnect the negative terminal (black) by unscrewing the securing bolt and lifting the terminal off the battery. Be careful not to let the negative terminal touch any metal part of the car to avoid short circuits.

Once the negative terminal is disconnected, do the same with the positive terminal (red). You can now physically remove the battery from its housing, holding it securely and lifting it carefully, and you will have completed the removal.
