Skoda Fabia - Video tutorial

Model: Skoda Fabia Mark3, NJ - Years 2014-2021
Part: Battery
Operation: How to disassemble the battery of a Skoda Fabia?

To remove the battery of a Skoda Fabia, start by making sure the car is turned off and the handbrake is engaged. Open the front hood and locate the battery, located on the right side of the engine compartment. Before proceeding, make sure you have the necessary tools, such as a wrench or an Allen key, to remove the battery clamps. Disconnect the negative terminal (black) by unscrewing the fastening screw and lifting the clamp off the battery. Be careful not to let the negative terminal touch any metal part of the car to avoid short circuits. Once the negative terminal is disconnected, do the same with the positive terminal (red). Now you can physically remove the battery from its housing, holding it securely and lifting it carefully, and you will have completed the disassembly.
