How to reset the "Service" light on a Smart ForFour

The "Service" light activates whenever the car requires a service, so before performing this operation, ensure that the car has been serviced. Before you can begin, activate the instrument panel without starting the engine. Then, display the "Messages and Service" screen on the multifunction display using the buttons on the multifunction steering wheel. Once done, press and hold the "OK" button, also on the steering wheel, until the service light resets, successfully completing the reset.
