As shown in this tutorial, replacing the speakers in a Smart ForTwo is a straightforward and quick task. First, to work safely, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery located under the passenger seat. Once done, remove the cover beneath the glove compartment, locate the first speaker, and using a Torx T20 key, unscrew the relevant screws. At this point, disconnect the connector, fit the replacement following the reverse procedure, and repeat for the opposite side if necessary.
