In this tutorial we can see what are the steps to take in order to perform the reset procedure of the service warning light of a 2017 Smart Forfour car. The operation is quite simple and short-lived. First of all we get on board the vehicle, insert the key in the appropriate slot and rotate it, bringing it to the first position in order to turn on the instrument panel without starting the vehicle. At this point we will use the buttons on the steering wheel; press the directional buttons several times to scroll through the settings menu items and select the relative item â € œmessages and serviceâ €. We press and hold the OK button until we see the writing on the display flash and release when reset has taken place. We switch the panel off and on again to verify the success of the operation.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it.
