How do you replace the taillight bulb of the Smart car?

In order to replace the rear headlight bulb of the Smart, you need to open the rear hatch so that you can locate the screws next to the headlight that secure it inside its housing: these screws need to be loosened so that you can remove the headlight assembly, disconnecting the connectors inside. Once the headlight is freed, you can remove the bulb inside and replace it with a new replacement part: after it has been inserted, you can reassemble all the components.
