In a few simple steps, see how to disassemble and replace the battery in the Subaru Legacy key fob. First, take your key fob and remove the physical key from inside it; then, lever off the rear cover to open the fob and access the battery, as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new battery of the correct type (in this case, a CR 2032 3V); insert it the right way round, then reinstall the physical key, finally testing the battery to ensure all functions work!
