In this tutorial we can see how to replace the heating resistor in the Subaru Outback, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure that the key is not inserted, so that you can work in complete safety, then go to the passenger side and remove the cover located under the glove compartment. Next, locate the resistor, disconnect the power connector and unscrew the two fixing screws with a cross-tip screwdriver. At this point, all that remains is to remove the resistor, insert the replacement and follow the reverse procedure.
