How to Replace the PCV Valve the Right Way

Do you need to replace a PCV valve? This guide shows you how. Open the bonnet. In front of the air filter cover, on the left, you will find a rubber hose secured with a clip to a socket; remove it after taking off the clip. Unscrew the socket with a ratchet spanner, being careful not to damage other engine parts. The socket is, in fact, your PCV valve. You can replace it and reattach everything without further issues by reinserting the hose onto the PCV valve that you have previously screwed in with the ratchet spanner to ensure the correct tension on the tightness.
