How to Repaint the Emblem of Your Subaru Forester

To repaint the manufacturer's emblem on your Subaru Forester, first, remove it from the front grille. Use a heat gun to assist. Then, separate the blue part from the silver stars using the same method, and help yourself with a plastic spatula. Next, using a pressure sprayer, remove the silver paint from the stars. Repaint with a metallic finish paint in your preferred colour, in this case, yellow, using a very fine brush and a steady hand to repaint the stars. Apply at least four coats, allowing the paint to dry well between each coat. Once fully dry, spray the background with the desired colour. You can then reposition the customised emblem back in place.
