Replacing the cabin air filter on a Subaru Ascent is a simple task you can do yourself, thanks to our video tutorial that will guide you through the steps. The first step is to open the right door and the glove compartment.

To remove the compartment, simply unscrew the plastic screw with a flathead screwdriver and pull it out using a little force. Once the compartment is removed, you can take off the filter cover by removing the clips and completely extracting the filter.

Insert the new filter and reassemble everything.
