How to Remove the Timing Belt on Suzuki Vitara

How do you replace the timing belt and water pump on a Suzuki Vitara? Open the bonnet and secure it. Remove the cooling radiator with the attached hoses using a socket spanner (if space is tight). Disconnect the wiring harnesses with pliers and remove the undertray with a screwdriver (plastic or metal). Use a spanner to loosen the tensioner pulley and slide the belt off its seat. Using a socket spanner, undo the securing bolt of the tensioner pulley, then remove the water pump as shown in the video. Install the new water pump, the tensioner, and the belt, tightening everything with the socket spanner. Refit the radiator with the securing bolts.
