How to replace the rear brake pads? Let's see how to dismantle the brake pads of a Suzuki SX4. Lift the car on a column lift to the desired height, then remove the rear wheel. Undo the locking pin of the brake caliper and remove it from the wheel hub. Use a screwdriver to take off the pads from the wheel hub caliper, then fit the new pads onto the brake caliper. Reattach the brake caliper with the support onto the brake disc, tighten all the pins, and remount the wheel. Start the engine and perform a brake check.
