How to Replace the Thermostat on a Tata Nano

If you need to replace the thermostat on the vehicle, follow the instructions below and refer to the images in the tutorial video. Open the engine cover; the engine is located at the rear of this vehicle, and remove the radiator feed hose to drain the cooling system. Locate the thermostat at the front of the engine, disconnect the electrical connector, and using a socket wrench, unscrew the bolts holding it in place. Then, remove the plate, and underneath it, you will have access to the thermostat, which you can extract and replace with the new one after carefully cleaning the contact surfaces.
