If any devices in your Toyota Highlander have suddenly stopped working, first check the status of the relevant fuses, the diagrams for which are shown in this video. The first fuse box is located inside the cabin, specifically behind the small door in the lower area of the dashboard on the driver's side.

The second and third boxes are located in the engine compartment, one on the driver's side and the other on the passenger side. If a fuse is faulty, ensure you use a replacement with equivalent specifications.
