This guide will quickly explain how to use the four-wheel drive and how to activate or deactivate it on a Toyota RAV 4. First, get into the vehicle and start the engine; if the vehicle has switchable four-wheel drive, you will find the appropriate button on the side of the steering wheel as well as on the dashboard, as shown in the video.

Pressing the button will activate or deactivate the four-wheel drive (a yellow warning light will appear on the instrument cluster); you can activate or deactivate the 4x4 mode at any time.
