Clutch actuator group replacement for Toyota

In this diagram provided by Toyota, we see how to proceed with the installation of the clutch actuator assembly C251A. First, it is necessary to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery in order to work safely. We will then disconnect the connector of the clutch stroke sensor, being careful not to pull the connector forcefully as this could damage the wires. When removing the transmission assembly fixing bolts, these must be unscrewed carefully, as the actuator is under load from the clutch basket; furthermore, the actuator pusher fixing nut must not be loosened for any reason. As for the reinstallation, we connect the clutch stroke sensor connector, and the motor connector, reconnect the negative terminal of the battery, and then adjust the clutch position (in the fully engaged clutch position), disconnect the negative terminal again, disconnect the clutch stroke sensor. Apply grease to the clutch release fork, install the pushrod in the U shape of the release fork and insert 3 bolts into the clutch housing holes. There should be a 3 mm gap between the clutch transmission housing and the bolt heads. Now we must carefully move the clutch control assembly to the left side of the engine compartment, keeping it oblique, until the protrusion of the actuator pusher fixing nut is aligned with the notch of the clutch disengagement fork. Make sure the nut flange is securely engaged in the yoke. Perform this operation delicately. The three bolts must be hand-tightened, and the actuator must be held pressed. The tightening torque is 17 Nm. Now we can connect the two connectors and the negative terminal of the battery.
