How to replace the battery of the 2020 Toyota Highlander remote control

We start the replacement of the battery of the 2020 Toyota Highlander remote by removing the top part of the remote itself by pulling upwards using the ring. We continue the replacement procedure by opening the remote in two parts by inserting a flat-tip screwdriver or a lever on the top right side, opening the remote and removing the box containing the battery. We conclude the procedure by replacing the battery and inserting the remote, finally inserting the top part. Go near the vehicle to test the remote's operation by pressing the vehicle's opening button.
