First of all, you need to go inside the vehicle and make sure it is completely turned off for safety reasons, then focus on the gear knob and grab it. At this point, rotate it counterclockwise until it is completely unscrewed and the removal procedure is successfully completed. If you want to replace it with a new one, simply screw the new gear knob clockwise and you are done.
