How to replace the thermostat of the Toyota Yaris 1.0 VVT-I

The instructions in this guide will show us how to disassemble and replace the coolant thermostat of the Toyota Yaris 1.0 VVT-I. First, we open the hood of the car and start disconnecting the electrical connector of the thermostat; then we unscrew the fixing screws of the thermostat valve to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, we install the new thermostat, as well as the original one; we reassemble and connect the piping and the electrical connector, then top up with the new coolant (of the same type as the existing one).
