How to Remove the Diesel Filter on Toyota Avensis

Learn how to remove the diesel filter on a Toyota Avensis: lift the front bonnet of the car, locate the diesel filter (as shown in the video). Using a large screwdriver, unscrew the bolt that secures (you can also use a socket wrench) the ventilation pipe and remove the kit, then, remove the power battery located near the container where the diesel filter is situated (if they obstruct disassembly). Remove the filter container from the vehicle (replace it with a new one). Finally, refit the filter into the attached diesel filter container (connect the pipes and cables) and tighten the appropriate bolts. Close the front bonnet.
