Replacing Brake Pads on a Toyota Aygo

Model: Toyota Aygo MK 1, Ab10 - Years 2005-2014

Loosen the wheel bolts on the wheel you will be working on, lift the car, and remove the wheel. Use a crowbar to separate the brake pads. With a wire brush and WD-40 spray, clean the brake mounting elements. Unscrew the brake caliper attachment with a 13mm ratchet and socket. Remove the caliper and then the pads. Remove the pad clips using the crowbar again. Install the new clips and apply anti-squeal paste on the surface where the pads will go. Using a specific rewind tool, press the brake piston back. Reassemble everything in reverse order.
