Change Battery in Toyota RAV 4 Key

Here’s how to change the battery inside the remote of a Toyota RAV 4. Take your remote key, remove the key from inside the plastics, then use a screwdriver to pry between the two parts of the plastic key cover. Pry until the plastics separate. Remove the worn battery with a screwdriver and replace it. Reassemble the cover on your remote by pressing on the key cover until you hear a click. Check the correct functioning of the remote key. Replace the damaged battery with one of the same type.
